Pinning post on top of book clubs (or having a welcome post)#167

Description of the book club is often not enough to fit in there all the welcome info for new members. It would be great if there would be a way to have either an option to pin one post to always appear first or even have a welcome message that pops up first few times that someone views specific book club.
