Privacy option to hide unwanted information#262

I would love to be able to hide my reviews or read list from public or limit it to friends. A basic privacy control option that include “Public”, “Friends Only”, and “Private” would be good.

The privacy should at least cover some information that people deemed “sensitive,” for example

• The “Invited By”
• Goals
• Clubs Joined
• Activity (default to Friends Only)
• Reviews

We should have a global one, and option when for example we want to post our review to public or friends only.

This is crucial; not everyone wants their reading activity to be visible (and the profile indexed by search engines); especially in a professional context that can be inappropriate.
