Literal Librarian: Flagging the books as a user that a book needs to be looked at#360

When I am noting down books I read I sometimes I come across book that misses description, edition does not fit etc but I do not have immediately time to go and work on it.
I would like to be able to flag such a book and find it easier later.
Potentially this could go also into possible flag system where all users can flag books for librarians to look at.
