ability to like/follow a shelf#367

I love the ability to search for shelves but I wish there was a good way to keep track of it without having to follow the person who made it. Not exactly sure how this would look, but the two things I can think of is 1) ‘liking’ and you can see all of the liked lists under a ‘likes’ tab, this could also include books / reviews or 2) ‘following’ and you can see shelves separately in your following list / can see if there are any updates on your feed
